Meet the Community!


Meredith Hamilton | Long-time Brooklynite, UX researcher who spends hours in a chair glued to multiple screens, mother of 3 adult children. Meredith just completed her 100th TDM Class!! I’ve been taking the Danaher Method classes since Catherine first launched the program with outdoor sessions during Covid. For most of my adult life I’ve exercised regularly, but in a somewhat casual way. I’ve always jogged, swam, stationary-biked, and taken yoga classes. But I never sustained a weightlifting program or brought any overarching full body plan to my workouts—I just sort of did what worked at the time and what fit into a busy schedule.

My body feels different after taking the Danaher Method classes over the past couple of years. I’ve gotten stronger in places I didn’t expect and I’m more agile and fluid in my movements. I’m sure this is a direct result of Catherine’s emphasis on building a holistic body impact over time. She plots each class carefully, and each month of classes morphs into a new focus. Through her classes I’ve gotten a much more harmonious and thoughtful exercise exposure than anything I possibly could have put together on my own. I love that she puts so much thought into each class, with carefully choreographed exercise flows and a kick ass fun playlist. All I need to do is to remember to sign up for class and prep myself mentally for working hard (because you do). Catherine does all the thinking and preps for each class, which means during class I can really let go and just....exercise. Such a delight. -Meredith, Brooklyn, NY
