Our Classes.

Group classes blend the physicality of Pilates and strength training with calming self-myofascial release.  All are welcome.  Classes are hosted online and in-person in Brooklyn.

During the summer months we are operating on a lighter class schedule.  

Body Organization is offered weekly, online.  In-studio classes are popping up on July 18th, July 25th and August 8th.  All are available to book on the schedule below.

Roll & Release and Prenatal + Postpartum classes will return in the Fall.
