PRIVATE TRAINING WITH
THE DANAHER METHOD

Catherine's approach is calm, thoughtful and completely personalized to the individual.   The Danaher Method is a three pronged approach to fitness using a signature blend of Pilates, Strength Training and Self-Myofascial Release.  Each session with Catherine is unique and will meet you where you're at while supporting the goals you want to achieve.

​In our sessions, clients accumulate skills, find balance and level up their movement practice in a thoughtful way.  Clients gain a deeper understanding of their movement patterns, muscles imbalances and learn how to improve these in exercises and daily life.  

 

My goal is for my clients to feel strong, informed and capable in a session with me, any fitness class they want to take and most importantly in their lives.
