Service Description
Unwind, strengthen, and energize in this dynamic, circuit-based, full-body class that fuses myofascial release, foam rolling, cardio, and strength training into one complete session. Begin with targeted myofascial release techniques to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and prep your body for movement. Then, elevate your heart rate with energizing cardio intervals and build lean muscle through functional strength exercises. Using kettlebells, resistance bands and your body weight, practice and master strength training exercises while building muscle endurance.
