Small Group Training

Join our small group personal training program is designed to help you understand and access muscles of your core & pelvic floor and safely incorporate strength training into your routine. This program will equip you with skills, structure and confidence to reconnect you with your body and empower your practice.

SUMMER SESSION: Begins June 16th

IN-PERSON CLASSES MONDAYS AT 10:30AM

DATES: 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11

WHAT’S INCLUDED

 

  • An 8 Class Series where you’ll learn proper form, technique and breathing strategies with personalized guidance.  Classes hosted at The Floor on Atlantic. A live-stream option is available for each live session but in-person attendance in preferred.

  • Education on the biomechanics of movement, diaphragmatic breathing, the anatomy and physiology of the pelvic floor and how to incorporate these foundations into movement.

  • 10 Homework Classes - pelvic floor, strength training and core focused sessions to reinforce your training.

  • 1 x 1 Coaching & Accountability - Weekly check-ins to answer your questions and support you in your movement journey.

This program is limited to 6 clients to ensure personal attention and thoughtful feedback.  In addition to your homework classes, you'll have access to all of our online classes during the course of the program.
