Small group training focused on pelvic floor, core and global strength

This program will run for 10 weeks. Each week we will meet as a community to support each other getting stronger and more connected to self. â€‹1 weekly class hosted at The Floor on Atlantic. Additional "homework" classes to take on your own on the digital library.​
