
Pre-Natal & Postpartum Program
A gentle, welcoming class series for pregnant and postpartum parents to come together to move, breathe and connect to your body, understand and access muscles of your core & pelvic floor and safely incorporate exercise into your routine. This program will equip you with skills, structure and confidence to reconnect you with your body and empower your practice.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

A gentle, welcoming class series for pregnant and postpartum parents to come together to move, breathe and connect.

Classes are a hybrid of teachings and include diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic floor recovery, myofascial release, core rebuilding, chest opening and upper-body strengthening. All with en emphasis on connecting to yourself.

You'll receive education on the biomechanics of movement, diaphragmatic breathing, the anatomy and physiology of the pelvic floor and how to incorporate these foundations into movement. You'll learn proper form, technique and breathing strategies with personalized guidance.

Most importantly, each class includes "circle time" which is an opportunity to share, connect and feel supported.
OTHER DETAILS

In addition to in-person classes, the program includes guided online classes for you to practice at home and a WhatsApp group to stay connected outside of the studio.

Classes are hosted at The Floor on Atlantic.

Make Up Class Policy: If you are unable to join an in-person session you are welcome to join another TDM class within the period.
