Melt away tension and restore your body with Roll & Release—a soothing, slow-paced class designed to help you unwind from the inside out. Using foam rollers and yoga therapy balls, you’ll be guided through gentle myofascial release techniques to target tight muscles, release fascia, and improve circulation. Each session focuses on breath, body awareness, and intentional movement to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Whether you're recovering from intense workouts, managing chronic tension, or simply seeking stillness in your week, this class offers a nurturing reset for both body and mind.
