Move slowly and intentionally through guided trigger point fascial release to ease tension and increase body awareness. Flow into mindful Pilates-based movements to strengthen your core, improve alignment, and support postural integrity—all while staying connected to breath. Heat the body through un-winding cardio bursts. The class concludes with soothing practices to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you shift out of stress and into deep relaxation. This is your space to energize, soften and restore—ideal for anyone looking to relieve chronic tension, reset the nervous system, and build strength from a place of calm.
