Service Description

In this low impact class you'll practice breathing techniques, strengthen deep core muscles, build healthy hips and arms plus strengthen the muscles of the glutes & lower-back. This class will blend modalities across Pilates, strength, myofascial release and rest. Equipment Commonly Used: Yoga Balls, Soft Pilates Ball, Foam Roller, Light Weights (3lb) Classes begin Monday January 12th
