The Danaher Method is a three pronged approach to fitness using Pilates, Strength Training and Connective Tissue Release.  Catherine (Danaher)’s teaching approach is informed by her background in athletics, anatomical knowledge and work as a personal trainer, self-myofascial release practitioner and Pilates instructor.  

Her classes and one-on-one sessions are uniquely designed to leave you feeling calm, powerful and body-organized.

PILATES & PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-one sessions individually curated based on your fitness level and your goals.  Catherine creates a program by client that will improve muscle tone, endurance and keep clients motivated.  Virtual and in person training available.  Inquire for couples and small group personalized training.

GROUP FITNESS

What's more fun then getting together with a fit community, sweating, laughing and leaving feeling empowered?  Catherine teaches out of a studio in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn and offers virtual classes that can be accessed from anywhere.

CORPORATE WELLNESS

Coming from corporate background, Catherine leverages her unique perspective that crosses between the corporate and fitness world.  Available for “in-house” training, team and client events.  The Danaher Method classes will keep your team and clients engaged while working in a remote environment.
