On the days we feel puffy and stuck, moving can be the last thing on your mind. But moving your body almost always leads to feeling better. In this class we use rotation, flexion and extension for the hips, spine and whole system to wring out the body. This class supports digestion to depuff and debloat. Great for when you're traveling. This class focuses on spinal decompression by moving the spine and accessing the core muscles that stabilize the spine. From a shoulder release to lower spine mobility we work on moving the whole spine. Props: 1 Release ball, an optional Pilates Ball

This class is inspired by stretches I've been doing with my clients before, during and after their summer travels. These stretches will open up the hips, chest and thoracic spine. Props: Foam Roller or Soft Pilates Ball

We use light weights to sculpt the upper-body with a 3 part series. The series is straight forward, modifiable and you should increase weight as your strength builds. This is one to save and come back to often. Props: 1-5lb weights, block optional
