A peaceful, grounding, movement-centric weekend in Montauk with The Danaher Method
THE VIBE:

Easy mornings with coffee and snacks in the garden and overlooking the ocean.

Daily movement and Roll & Release classes led by The Danaher Method.

Afternoon beach walks, hikes in the Montauk Dunes, fire pit, and some surprises along the way.

Healthy, veggie-forward meals by a private chef plus a fun dinner out.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
We'll be in a fellow TDM member’s house, full of spots for reading, relaxing, group dinners, and fun. We will also have a couple of cottages next door - one of which used to be owned by Jimmy Buffet!
We'll move and lounge overlooking Fort Pond Bay, play Bocce, paddle board and of course move with The Danaher Method.
There are Single and Shared Rooms available to accommodate different preferences and budgets.
- Single, Private Room with Queen bed (4 rooms available)
- Double, Shared Room with Twin beds (3 rooms available, 6 guests)
TRANSPORTATION:
Montauk is accessible by public transportation on the LIRR, and by bus on the Hampton Jitney. Our accommodations are a 15 minute walk from the train station, just past Duryea’s Lobster Deck. You are also welcome to drive yourself.
Private Room $2100
Shared Room $1450
A non-refundable deposit of $600 is required to hold your space. Once you complete the reservation form you will receive an email to submit the deposit. The balance will be collected closer to the retreat date.
